Karen's Weight-loss Tips

There is a girl,Karen,she thinks she is too heavy. So she would like to lose weights. She has to eats less and more exercise. She goes to jog at six o'clock every morning. She also keeps away the junk food,eat more fruit and vegetables. She wants to lose weights because she would like to be more charming,slender,and energetic. She wants to be more healthy,too. She has kept exercising and eating healthy for two months. She is slender,energetic,and charming now. She is very happy that she decided to lose weights.
